We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards as payment options for both our retail as well as wholesale customers. Checks accepted with prior approval.
SHIPPING: EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING on any order over $50.00*
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All merchandise is shipped UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified. Costs determined by weight, dimension and destination. Next day and 2nd day air are also available at an additional charge.
*UPS or USPS ground shipments only within the contiguous USA.
AVAILABILITY:
All items are subject to availability. We stock most products for immediate delivery or will ship in approximately 5-7 business days. Some items may incur a 2 to 4 week wait time; especially during our peak seasons.

All of our Inspirational Art & Gifts products are hand-crafted using superior quality materials in our home town of Crown Point, Indiana, in the U.S.A.
Since each piece is hand-crafted, there may be a slight color shift from product to product, and order to order.
PRICING:
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are retail. A $2.50 package & handling charge per order applies.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be made by calling 2 Friends Design, Inc. If the order has been shipped, shipping charges will still apply. Cancellation of custom merchandise is not acceptable.
DAMAGED PRODUCT & RETURNS
In the rare case of receiving your package damaged, please notify us within 5 business days from the date that your product is received. All damaged merchandise and packing material must be retained in the original carton for inspection by UPS. Returns of custom merchandise is not acceptable due to the fact that each piece is made to order and not from our inventory.
