Retail Trade Orders / Become a Wholesale Merchant:
If you are a retail store and wish to view/order products at wholesale prices, you may access wholesale pricing by logging in with your assigned username and password. Don’t have this information and need to register? Click here
A valid resale tax ID number is required along with a copy of your certificate prior to viewing or ordering products at wholesale prices. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that you have access to our wholesale pricing. For your convenience, No Minimum Order is Required! Prepayment by credit card is required for all opening orders.
MADE IN THE U.S.A.
All of our products are hand-crafted and proudly made in the U.S.A. by one of the leading (family owned) professional photo/digital imaging printers in the world for the past 50 years. It’s also where the 2 friend’s in 2 Friend’s Design spent a combined 28+ years working within the marketing and design fields. Due to custom printing, there may be a slight color shift from product to product, and order to order.
PRICING:
Prices shown are retail (SRP). To view wholesale pricing you must establish a Retail Trade Account (see above). All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. 2 Friend’s Design is not responsible for pricing errors caused by system malfunctions.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards as payment options.
Preauthorization on credit cards will be run prior to shipping. Company checks are not accepted for payment unless we have received your credit application and approval is accepted by 2 Friend’s Design, Inc. Net 30 terms are available to qualified trade customers upon approved credit. The approval process generally takes 10-14 business days. Click here to download a retail trade application for credit.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS / N.S.F. CHECKS:
All accounts 30 days or more past due will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per year, until balance is paid in full. All bank returned checks for non-sufficient funds will incur a $25.00 (minimum) service charge.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All merchandise is shipped FOB Crown Point, Indiana USA and shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. All freight is payable by the purchaser and subject to change without notice. Costs determined by weight, dimension and destination. Next day and 2nd day air are also available at an additional charge. We cannot ship to APO or PO Boxes. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed for all refused shipments. Accounts with refused shipment(s) will be on a ‘hold’ status for any future orders until restocking payment is received. A $2.50 package & handling charge will be added to all orders. *Available for a limited time.
AVAILABILITY:
All items are subject to availability. Most items are in stock or will ship within 5-10 business days. Some items may incur a 2 to 4 week delay; especially during peak seasons.
PACK SIZES:
Item quantities must meet minimum pack size.
BACK ORDERS
We back order all out-of-stock products. Back orders will be filled on a first-serve basis. Back orders that cannot be filled within 60 days will be canceled. Freight on all back order shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be made by calling 2 Friend’s Design, Inc. Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the order has been shipped, freight charges plus the 20% restocking fee are due. Cancellation of custom merchandise is not acceptable.
DAMAGE CLAIMS, RETURNS, AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Our policy is to credit your account for damaged goods. Claims must be reported within 5 business days from the date that the product is received. All damaged merchandise and packing material must be retained in the original carton for inspection. Returns will NOT be accepted for any reason without authorization from 2 Friends Design, Inc. Returned orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A return of custom merchandise is not acceptable due to the fact that each piece is made to order and not from stocked merchandise. All shortage and defective claims must be made within 7 business days. No claims will be accepted after 7 business days.
