What is Giclée?
Pronounced “Zhee-clay”, Giclée is a sophisticated process of making fine art prints from a digital source using an ink-jet printing method.  The Giclée printing process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction, producing incredible detailed prints for both the fine art and photographic markets.  Substrates used are archival and acid free.  It is our personal choice not to outsource any of our Giclée wall art printing overseas as is commonplace with many lower cost online companies.  All work is exclusively hand-crafted at our Crown Point, Indiana manufacturing partner to guarantee the quality of our work.

How long will Giclée or photographic prints last?
If properly cared for, Giclée and traditional photographic prints can last a lifetime.  To protect your prints, avoid hanging in direct sunlight and never hang them on a damp wall / area.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  All transactions are safe & secure.  We also accept company checks for pre-approved trade/wholesale accounts.

How do I set up a trade / wholesale account?
Retail stores that wish to apply for a trade / wholesale account can download our wholesale application form provided on our website.   

A valid resale tax ID number is required along with a copy of your certificate prior to ordering.  Once approved, you will receive an email with your assigned username and password allowing you access to our wholesale pricing and ordering area of our website.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are in stock for immediate delivery or will ship in approximately 5-10 business days.  Some items may incur a 2 to 4 week delay; especially during peak manufacturing seasons. 

How is my order shipped?  SPECIAL!  $10.00 FLAT FEE UPS SHIPPING ON ALL GROUND ORDERS!
All orders are shipped FOB from our Crown Point, Indiana facility.  We use UPS as our carrier for trustworthy processing and delivery of your order.  Next day and 2nd day air are also available at an additional charge.
